Simon Miller
Principal
Simon Miller is a former private banker, professional multifamily investor and expert in the southeast market. He specializes in financial analysis, commercial lending and funding deals. During the last downturn, Simon assisted in private equity transactions, engineering successful acquisition and disposition of over 2500 multi-family units over a period of 3 years as a consultant. Simon has led Dorado through the acquisition of a 96-unit and 106 unit apartment building in Montgomery, AL. Simon is a decorated military veteran, BS in Civil-Structural Engineering form GA Techand MS in Finance and CIS from Georgia State University. He is a beloved husband and father.
Julio Rico
Founding Partner
Facility management expert and professional investor for last 22 years. Has dealt with all aspects of facility management for commercial and industrial facilities in the Atlanta, Southern California & Puerto Rico Areas. Julio is a Mechanical Engineer and team leader on large scale pharmaceutical projects with billion dollar assets and multi-million dollar project budgets. He is a dedicated husband and father of three amazing children.
Greg Mack
Director of Information Systems
Greg is a seasoned real estate investor with over seven years of experience, specializing in single family investments. In addition to real estate, Greg has a strong background in web development, leading projects through his digital media company to create high-performing digital platforms. With a degree in Exercise Science, Greg brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to business, blending analytical thinking with a focus on execution and impact.
